From the standpoint of to preserve the economy of the country, the director of Al-Naseri Group Engineer “Salam Abdullah“ is determined to contribute to the provision of the country’s need for plastic products of one use to enter this field by manufacturing Iraqi forming machines of the material, design, work and achievement.
The first machine was manufactured for the manufacture of plastic coils, and then the cables were manufactured up to the plastic mug printer and the state labs were contracted with the preparation of the mugs, including the Abu Ghraib factory.
The vision of the owner of the Al-Naseri Group in the development of the field where he provided the factory with the latest mechanisms from different global originals to provide services and products to the market.

factory was founded by the license number 19294 on 1990 issued from the Ministry of Industry and Minerals – Industrial Development Directorate, In a small area of 300 square meters in an industrial area in Baghdad – Bob Sham. Due to the demand for raw material of the roller made of polystyrene high impact we bought the raw material from the national company and after cessation of raw material supplies in 1990.

We had to manufacture the sheet extruder in-site

After this success, we expanded the factory and moved it in 1994 to the new site in Al-Taji area, covering an area of 13,500 square meters and then build workshop for manufacture our cup-making machine and it molds, Because of the inability to import new machines due to economic siege and manufactured 5 new machines of different sizes 100-1000 milliliter and because of the urgent need to print label for cups, we were able to produce the first 4-color printing machine with operating capacity of 3000 pieces/hour

in 1999 an high performance printer were produced, After the improvement of the economic situation and the appreciation of the Iraqi currency

Purchased a new 150 kg/hour sheet extruder from maoxing company – China.

We bought new machines from China with 25 cycles/minute

Purchased a sheet extruder from maoxing with capacity of 200 kg/hour. In the same year, another factory was opened, specialized in manufacturing paper cups with capacity 30,000 cups/day, China made machines. We have reached the production of 30000 pieces per day to become the first in Iraq of this kind of production and we are constantly developing.
